Order Status
- Has my order shipped?
Order status can be seen under the “Orders” button in “My Account.” If your order reads as “On Hold,” that means it has yet to be processed. If it reads as “Completed,” then your order is scheduled to be shipped the next time the store manager is in the office.
Please note: due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most of the ACNM staff is teleworking. Since we cannot be in the office all the time, orders are generally shipped once a week.
- How do I track my order?
Please contact the ACNM Membership department at membership@acnm.org and a tracking number will be provided if available.
- How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Please contact the ACNM membership department at membership@acnm.org and a team member will alter your order as needed.
- My order never arrived.
Please contact the ACNM membership department at membership@acnm.org and a team member will look into your missing order.
- An item is missing from my shipment.
Please contact the ACNM membership department at membership@acnm.org and a team member will arrange to have your missing item shipped as soon as possible.
My Account
- How much is shipping?
All orders are charged a flat $7.99 shipping rate.
- I received the wrong product.
Please contact the ACNM Membership department at membership@acnm.org and your correct order will be shipped out to you the next time a staff member is in office.
- What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns at this time.
Members
- I cannot login as a member. How can I have my member discount applied?
Please note that you are a member in the “notes” field upon checkout. When your order is being processed, your discount will be applied and only the correct amount will be charged to your card.
- How much is my member discount?
It varies from product to product. Not every product has a member discount. You can check by going to the product’s page. The discount is noted in the description of the item.

- I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

- When will my credit card be charged?
Orders are generally processed within 24 business hours of purchase.
- What are my payment choices?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We currently cannot accept payments by check.
Buyer’s Guide
- How do I use a coupon?
Coupons are entered at the time of checkout, in the “Coupon Code” box. If your coupon was not applied, please contact the ACNM Membership department at membership@acnm.org and we will apply it before the order is processed.
- How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?
Gift certificates can be purchased by going to the “Gift Certificates” button at the product menu near the top of the page. Select the product and enter the amount and the recipient’s information. From there you can check out as any other product. Gift certificates can be redeemed by entering the code supplied via email into the “Coupon Code” box at time of checkout.
- Do you ship to my country?
We are currently only able to ship to the United States and its territories.
